I made this illustration in a series for the new cultural policy of Breda.
This work is about the chance that young makers should have to return to a creative and culturally sparkling Breda before they leave forever across the rivers to a city where culture would be more alive.

This work 'the Return Way' will also be on the title page of the new policy.

The other two works are about normalizing culture in the streetscape of the city center and about the space that should be there for talent development.
